<Poem>
上客清談何亹亹，
幽人閑思自寥寥。
請君休說長安事，
膝上風清琴正調。
<End Poem>
<Translation>
The honored guest
chats of the finer things
without cease
but
as a man forlorn
my idle thoughts
are grievous sad.
Please don't talk of Ch'ang-an things:
the pure breeze
at my lap
truly blends with the lute.
